Our Experience with Tyler and his Crew
First, a BIG shout-out and thank you to Tyler Clore of Georgia Cast & Blast!
Jerald’s brother and his significant other came up and stayed for a few days. Jerald mentioned that he would like to go fishing (and his brother Clayton loves fishing). That afternoon I set out to find a guide to take the three of them while they were visiting. I called Georgia Cast and Blast on a recommendation of one of the Corp of Engineer’s officers. Tyler called me back and said he had an opening the very next morning.Tyler was great! All they had to do was show up. He assisted in getting them fishing licenses, providing all the gear, boat, and water/soft drinks. Tyler knew the area and the best places to fish. It was wonderful! As he says on his website. “We put people on top of fish and we catch fish.” That was certainly true for our crew!
They fished on Lake Rabun and caught a ton. He also gave them a water tour of the area. They had a blast, and needless to say we had fish for dinner! Next time he is taking Jerald on Lake Lanier to fish.
Not Just for Fishing
Tyler’s guide services also include hunting. While we didn’t take advantage of his hunting guide services, it certainly appears that he puts the same thought, care and experience into his other guide services as he does his fishing guide service.
